ABOUT ANNIE

I began my career at Montauk Brewing Company, serving as a core member of both the marketing and operations functions within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment. Working closely across leadership, production, and vendors, I gained early exposure to supply chain logistics, packaging development, and brand execution — building a strong foundation in ownership, adaptability, and cross-functional alignment.

In 2021, I joined American Express within its in-house marketing organization. As the agency expanded, I transitioned from Project Coordinator to Creative Services Resourcing Analyst, partnering with leadership to forecast demand, allocate creative resources, and strengthen operational rigor across teams. This experience sharpened my instinct for systems thinking — reinforcing how structure enables creative excellence at scale.

In 2024, I stepped into a Digital Project Manager role to support evolving organizational needs. I now independently lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from concept through launch — defining scope, building timelines, managing resources, mitigating risk, and delivering high-visibility work with clarity and precision.

Across enterprise and high-growth environments, I’ve consistently focused on bringing clarity to complexity. I’ve supported organizational growth by strengthening forecasting accuracy, scaling creative operations, and building systems that align stakeholders around shared objectives. I’m known for thoughtful communication, strong ownership, and the ability to bring calm structure to ambiguous environments.

Beyond corporate marketing, I’m deeply drawn to beauty, branding, and design. I’m particularly interested in how visual identity and color shape perception — which led me to develop Seasonal Aesthetic Studio, an independent exploration of seasonal color theory and visual systems.

I’m motivated by work that is both beautiful and intentional — where creative vision is supported by operational precision.
